About the content I post:
I am mainly an SFW artist.
I post SFW content with a sprinkle sprankle of edgyness. I sometimes sneak in 16+ content such as (soft) gore and suggestive stuff on online spaces.
Some content may have disturbing/dark themes, such as self-harm and suicide. Content containing sensitive themes will always be spoilered (where available) and marked with a trigger warning.
NSFW and gore art that crosses the line is NEVER posted on the surface and are always posted somewhere which I will NOT mention here.
Please DO NOT post my NSFW art outside their designated channels. Even if it's a dedicated NSFW site, it will make NSFW access to minors easier due to lack of verification. Please report any leaks!

Art:
You must supply me with a reference of the character(s) of choice.
Try to change things within the sketch. Once I do the lineart, I only do minor changes.
User can request the .clip file at any time after finishing the commission. Can make modifications, but please don't remove the signature!
User can request screenshots of the progress at any time.
Because of the surfacing AI commission fiasco, I am not doing colored sketches, only fully shaded artwork.
Personal use only - If you're going to post the commission online, crediting my art X/Twitter (@not_prycwrn) is a must (if toyhouse you can just tag me directly).
I like to post the commissions I've made on my art X/Twitter and Tumblr. Please confirm if you're okay with that or not.
I do not draw suggestive art of canonly underaged charaters or characters who look underage.
Music:
You'll need to describe the feel you're going for, followed by some examples which can be found online (if possible).
If your preferred genre isn't on the list, contact me ONLY if you are okay with me experimenting. When experimenting I might combine it with a genre from my comfort zone.
User can request screen recordings of the process at any time.
Due to the difficulties of sharing the project file due to how the DAW is built (Fl Studio), please note that the customer cannot request the .flp file under any circumstances.

I like to post the commissions I've made on my Tumblr and Soundcloud. Please confirm if you're okay with that or not.

What does problematic mean?
Anything offensive, such as (not limited to): queerphobia, transphobia (incl. transmed, TERF), racist, xenophobic, antisemitic, Islamophobic etc; pedophilia (includes loli/shota), zoophilia.
Similarly, do not include and don't ask me to include zionist contexts in your final order.
If you try to include the problematic content yourself after the order has been concluded (e.g. editing the .clip file or adding problematic lyrics) you will be blacklisted without warning.
Please allow me 3-5 weeks to complete your commission.
I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
Don't even try to pass your commission off as an NFT. I don't agree with them and I'd appreciate not getting involved in such things
Do not use your commission to train any AI. I do not agree with the use of my content, music or art, for AI training.
Unless it's a commercial use commission, the commissioned piece is still my work and credit is absolutely required.
Using a personal use commission in a commercial scenario will result in blacklisting from my services. (Including character adopts!)
I accept payment through PayPal. The currency I work with is the US Dollar ($), so you may be subject to conversion fees.
Two options of payment: You either pay everything upfront (100%) or 50/50 (50% upfront, and the remaining 50% is due before I send you the higher quality final product).
Regardless of how you prefer to pay, I will send you an invoice that you'll need to pay in 48 hours.
I do not accept """payment in exposure."" You either have money or you don't contact me at all.
If I haven't started the work yet, you are entitled to a complete refund. No refunds will be processed after the sketching process had finished. Think twice before commissioning.
Exceptions are emergency refunds, where the refund depends on the progress of the commission. This is in rare cases when I am unable to finish the commission.
Prices are not negotiable and are subject to change at any moment based on my financial status or demand.
Terms may update/change at any time.
